I think it's mostly accurate, but many characters have different strengths for different conditions so there is no one true list.

For example:

• Hawkeye could be much higher due to his versatility and range but if you're only judging by CQC then I get it.
• Same deal for Falcon and Cap, but this time you put the one with range and versatility at a higher spot.
• Same deal for Cap and Star-Lord again, but now the one with range and versatility is lower.
• Scarlet Witch has better offensive abilities but Strange has better hax and counter offenses.
• Loki could be placed above Valkyrie and Heimdall despite having lower stats due to his magic.
• Mantis is too high, she has a useful ability that works on even Thanos but she's an absolute glass cannon and needs physical contact to use her powers.

These are the ones I can think of and spot for now.

But your list is mostly spot-on.

The order can be fixed but I agree with the general order and tiering.

Expect Mantis who is way too high.

I think both Strange and Wanda should be above Thor.

Wanda has TP, which few people in MCU have a counter to.

Strange's fight against Thanos is more impressive than Thor's and he has a lot of hax.

It really depends how much you value overall stats, because people like Strange and SW can easily be taken out as they are glass cannons. Mantis too, she was only effective against Thanos when literally the entire team was holding him down. Someone like Iron Man is above them to me, because he can take a hit. But it is a good list if you are not taking stuff like that into account.

@kevd4wg: In Thor's encounter with Thanos, Thanos didn't use any of the gauntlet's powers other than energy projection, unlike during his fight with Strange where he used several of the stones. Also I felt Thor took Thanos by surprise, who wasn't expecting a weapon created to specifically counter him Strange's fight with Thanos was longer than Thor's, which wasn't even a fight, but Thor taking Thanos by surprise and hitting him with lightning first then throwing Stormbreaker at him. The main reason I put Strange above Thor is because I feel if the two fight, Strange can take away Stormbreaker from Thor.

Strange literally can't do anything though. His only method of victory is incapacitatation/bfr. Both of which can be easily dealt with by Thor. Strange honestly had no hope of defeating Thanos, he was just stalling him.

@kevd4wg: How will Thor deal with BFR? Strange could've beaten Thanos had he used the Eye. Thor has no counter to the Eye as well.

Mantis is too high, Hawkeye is too low I'd rather have him on my team than Bucky, Falcon, BW, DD, JJ, or Gamora.

Star Lord is too low, he should be the highest ranked street tier on the list.

Eh, well I consider the eye to be standard gear for him so I brought it up. Strange is a glass canon, but I believe his shields can block lighting. I'm not saying Strange can react to lightning, but Thor usually gives away that he's about to use lightning by raising his hammer/axe or some other gesture.

The main reason I consider Strange to be above Thor is that his BFR capabilities (like going into the mirror dimension and whatnot, turning the surroundings into a kaleidoscope) seems pretty hax. Look at how he put Loki in an endless loop in Ragnarok. Thor has more raw destructive power but Strange seems too versatile.

Depends on your criteria but I guess it's moderately accurate, Mantis is way high imo she's a glass cannon and mostly useless in a fight but I guess her powers can subdue extremely powerful people.

But either way Hawkeye is much more powerful than Black Widow I don't get why people ever put her above him he is much more valuable in a battle his trick arrows deal much more damage than she can ever do.

Strange over Thor

Hulk is over Ironman. Are you people on drugs or just really this dumb? Lemme just drop the feats of Ironman getting clapped by Cull Obsidian as he failed to even scratch Cull.

Ironman is not ever beating Hulk in a fight when he struggled to keep up with someone who by feats Hulk is stronger and more durable than, not to mention his healing factor. Hulk is number 3 PERIODT. Strange is moved up to 2 btw.

Also Mantis being that high is stupid as hell. She can put people to sleep.... Okay? In a fight she would get her ass knocked out by the likes of Pepper before she even got the chance to do so.
