Welcome again everyone! This is the Quarterfinals for the most popular CAPCOM game characters in Comic Vine! We are now down to the top 16 characters and we'll finish in this thread up to the final two!

Similar rules also for the game to be fun and healthy (drama-free). Don't use alts for more votes, don't hate on anything just vote to whichever is better/more popular in your opinion.

Will still be tagging some people. But you could always tell me to remove your name from the call-out list if you feel so. I'll also appreciate others who would like to get tagged for this round. (just let me know!)

@kaizergenocide: If they fought bloodlusted Wesker would win. He has the same training and skills as Jill but with superpowers added. We saw him defeat two Mr. X Tyrants simultaneously during Umbrella Chronicles, and even more powerful monsters throughout the series.
