In your opinion, who are the most developed and complex villains in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe?
Most developed & complex MCU Villains?
I know its not a popular answer, but I liked Zemo a lot. He was kinda komplex and different at the same time.
film-wise, Loki
TV Show wise Hive/Ward
Billy Russo, Kingpin, Kilgrave, hell cottonmouth would've been on everyones list had he lived.
Movie wise, Ego felt very effective to me given he was in one movie.
Loki, Fisk, Kilgrave, Grant Ward, Billy Russo. They aren't the only good villains but they are easily the most complex and developed, likely because of how much screen time they have.
Loki, Russo, Kingpin, Kilgrave, Ward, I like Zemo, Vulture, and most AoS villains are pretty good.
Kingpin, Kilgrave, and Grant Ward have had the benefit of TV episodes to flesh them out, so I'd say they take the cake for most complex and developed
Loki also is up there, due to being in several movies, but he still does the same thing every appearance. "Ah, I'm evil! Wait, jk I'm good! Wait, jk jk I'm actually evil! Wait, jk jk jk I'm good, and will seemingly sacrifice myself for the greater good! Jk x4, I'm alive!"
