MCU: Who is smarter? - Phil Coulson vs Nick Fury
MCU Nick Fury hasn't shown himself to be smart. In fact all of his plans have back fired on him in some way or another.
He worked for a Counsel that ordered him to Nuke New York City. Then right after those events asked the same counsel for permission to create 'PROJECT INSIGHT'. AKA The Winter Soldier movie program that had ships that constantly orbited the globe and had guns that could target individual people and destroy thousands of lives in literal seconds. I won't even talk about Agents of Shield.
@marvelanddcfan24: Coulson is the one still alive ironically, but that didn't have to do with lack of intelligence on Fury's part.
OT: no idea.
Probably Coulson because more people have doubted him and he's resolved some tricky situations.
Overall I think Nick Fury is the better Director.
@anthp2000: AoS is non canon
The one whose still alive
Coulson then?
@marvelanddcfan24: it... is...
@anthp2000: wrong
@marvelanddcfan24: That's fair, I concede.
@anthp2000: piss poor debating skills not even a challenge.
@marvelanddcfan24: i'm an inferior debater
@anthp2000: *inferior being
@marvelanddcfan24: Feige’s own words:
“They did ask a long time ago and I think our answer was, ‘No, we’ll do something with ‘Blade’ at some point.’ That’s still the answer,” Feige says. “We still think he’s a great character. He’s a really fun character. We think this movie going into a different side of the universe would have the potential to have him pop up, but between the movies, the Netflix shows, the ABC shows there are so many opportunities for the character to pop up as you’re now seeing with Ghost Rider on ‘AGENTS of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ that rather than team up with another studio on that character let’s do something on our own. What that is? Where that will be? We’ll see. There is nothing imminent to my knowledge.”
