He has to let Daisy hit him, he can't block or dodge it in any way. He doesn't have Mjolnir or Strombreaker either.
MCU: Can Thor survive Quake's attack?
Assuming the distance between where Stormbreaker was being forged and where the neutron star's beam was coming from, AKA where Thor was at, the distance must have been multiple miles long. Even after having been toasted his body tanked getting hit by the beam's blunt force multiple miles away.
I say he can survive it, though he'd be heavily, heavily hurt.
Yes.

It was in space though, so he'd continue to move until impressed upon by another force.
@angeljax: He doesn't die in space. He survived in space half dead in Infinity war before the Guardians found him.
@angeljax: Who knows... nothing suggests that he can't. Maybe Rocket will come up and find him.
Besides, I think Thor can tank the attack, his star tanking feat should be enough to absorb the impact from this.
How does he deal with being in space?
He was moving around and talking in space fine in Infinity War.
@rogueshadow: @uugieboogie: So he'll just be floating around until someone/something rescues him?
@angeljax: Assuming he did end up in space, which I kind of doubt, he would probably use lightning to propel himself back to Earth.
@rogueshadow: He wasn't floating around earlier when he tossed Rocket's ship and when he entered the forge after getting blasted by the beam, he fell down as soon as he hit that metal pole on the ceiling so the gravity was obviously existent there.

I don't think he was ever in a position to float around when he was tossing the ship though, he was always holding onto the rings and ship (could be wrong). Same when he was in the beam, I only remember ever seeing him jumping at it and then standing in the structure ready to grip it, we never saw him just freely in space (?) other than when he was hit by the beam.
Once you're inside the forge itself there's definitely gravity.
@rogueshadow: I mean when he was standing on the rings before he slinged Rocket's ship. He just jumped down to the rings and stood on one of the rings without floating.

I must've forgotten that, my bad.
@santiagomormon: did you only create an account just to lowball Thor? Seriously get a better hobby if you don't have anything meaningful to do.
He definitely survives, and tbh, I think he would still be in perfectly fighting condition, though maybe hurting.
Btw, that episode increased Daisy's durability like 100 fold
Yea he's be fine and floats around in space if it sends him there he clearly has no problem being in space
I don't think Thor will even been hurt honestly, he survived a 10,000 foot drop completely unscathed and while he was weakened.
He survived a point blank range explosion from the Power Stone blowing up his ship, the backlash from clashing with Malekith while he was inside the Reality Stone's storm, and having mountains of rubble dropped onto him when Sokovia was lifted into the air since he was underground at the time.
His durability is massively underrated.
I’m surprised nobody has made a ‘Can MCU Thor survive a supernova?’ Thread yet.
Don't encourage them :3
I don't think it would hurt him at all tbh, if it's for the speed, he has survived being expelled from the bifrost into space at mtfl speeds. He can tank the heat of going at such speeds and we all know why, and he has taken much more powerful explosions without damage aswell.
he'd survived and not/barely hurt IMO
wish daisy would join the mcu.
funny she looks like daisy haze/summers <3

Where does supernova rank in durability level? Above star? Above solar system?
@rbt: Above star level I guess.

Above star but well below solar system level, it might life wipe but won't planet bust.
@theycallmebt: Actually was 20 thousand feet

Neutron star would also have it's own gravity to prevent thor from floating away
