hey guys i know there has been a lot of the most powerful character post,but this one is different, i want you to post who u think is the most powerful character who currently resides on earth,and on the right column(or u can post on top of each other) post who u think is the most powerful character that is somewhere in the cosmos or any where else in space...they CAN be dead,no restrictions.oh and these character have to be in the marvel universe...here mine

Any restrictions for the upper power level of the characters that roam the cosmos? Also, should the rankings be made based on the characters actual power levels, on personal preferences?

Any case, it will be the White Phoenix of the Crown. Jean with full power of the Phoenix Force is omnipotent. That needs to be the restriction.

sorry guys let me rephrase my post,its the most powerful on personal preferences,and you might be right about silver surfer but u might not so everyone just post 2 pictures one for earth and the other for cosmos(or anywhere outside of earth)
