Make a 500 Post Requirement Before People Can Post Images

I know mods can't do this, how can we contact the site owners to make this change? Trolls are going to keep spamming gifs and such otherwise, so it really should happen.

That would be nice, but I would put at 250 until there people only can Link Images/Gifs (Imgur and stuff).

500 seems a little too much. 50 or 100 post requirement is much more reasonable.

I've already contacted the staff for the matter. They said my comments have been forwarded to the appropriate members. I don't know if they're going to respond at this point.

This has been done and explained already. The staff are the only ones who can actually do this and they don't seem to give a shit. Maybe just keep trying to encourage them or something.

500 is definitely excessive when you consider that there's already a limit to the amount of posts new accounts can make.

250 sounds good. Some users that do nothing wrong post on such an infrequent basis that it takes them a year to get to 500, so that seems like overkill to me.

Watch them post videos instead and then we'll have a video limit, then watch them mysteriously link the sites and then we'll have a link limit.

Anything under 100 is not enough. That can be reached pretty fast without the spammer being detected. Something like 250 to 500 should be reasonable.

They can reach 100 posts after an hour maybe. 1 alt for 1 hour of work? Even the no life loser's who spam the forum aren't going to do that. It's just not worth it.

@professorrespect: Me, @ultraphoenix, @mrsyg, and many other respectable users don't have 3000 posts yet, so I doubt that would work.

250 is also too low. Any self-respecting troll can get there.

Mods can't monitor every single wiki thread + what we already got here, lol. You'd need a huge number of them for one and that isn't happening.

Use Imgur. It's what all nearly all CaV guys use these days.

Gotten what? I get nothing lol. Links is far easier to handle because

A. You can actually see what it is before clicking (if you know what you're doing)

B. No one sees it unless you click. It's pretty crappy in that sense.

Get a larger group of mods, there should be at least 1-2 mods active throughout the day to clean up. Or have phone verification or something in order to post images. Also enable the option to not be tagged by users with a certain number of posts or block people from tagging you.

Mine aren't on the tags at all tbh. Maybe it's because I don't get anything because of my settings.

As for the whole "people don't know what they doing" I can't really help that.
