No it says fast like "light". A simile is being used(I shouldn't have to explain to you how that figure of speech works) and light is in quotation marks connoting additional context so yes it is very different.

It is a Japanese to English translation, I don't need any "source". Although I'm very confident in my source who is very fluent in Japanese and is known by many to accurately translate Japanese to English. If you would like I could get you a word for word translation of all the kanji in the scan and then you can check it online(if you know how to that is).
