1. Bane isnt a henchman
2. The stock market scene doesnt happen because you cant hold up Wall Street, sell a bunch of stocks and think that the people in charge are going to be like "Yea, thats fine". No, as soon as you leave they're gonna be like, "Cancel all those trades and shut everything down".
3. Bruce doesnt just show up in town after escaping the pit. We need to see HOW he did it. This aint comic book batman.

5. Why on earth would you send EVERYONE one into the sewers? Like, strategically and logistically it makes no sense. Wanna send 20%? Sure. hell, you can send 50%. But everyone? Nope.
6. Blake shooting the thug by richotating a shoot while not even looking at the spot he is shooting at? Get outta here. Delete.

8. Batman fighting Bane the second time around using the same brawling technique that got his ass whooped the first time? But he just gets a lucky ass shot? No...It undermines batman and shows that hes more lucky than skilled.
9. Catwoman shoots a hole in concrete with the bat motorcycle but when she shoots bane, dude didnt explode? Nope.
10. Talias death scene - Re-shoot and do itr seriously this time. That shit looked like a blooper reel shot. Cant blame her tho (Looking at you Nolan)
