So I figured with my successful Ganondorf respect thread, I shall make a few more LoZ respect threads. Yes folks, there are different and powerful characters out there in the LoZverse and this one people may not know unless they have played or read the A Link to the Past game/manga.
Without further ado folks, I present to you the dark wizard Agahnim!

That is until the appearance of a man who sought to break the seal on the Sacred Realm, which had been transformed into the Dark World. He was a priest, who went by the name of Agahnim and he wielded powerful magic. - Taken from Hyrule Historia.
Simple really, he wields powerful magic.
Agahnim sent the king to an early grave. Putting the soldiers of the kingdom under his spell, he kidnapped the maidens in whose veins flowed with the blood of the Seven Sages.- Taken from Hyrule Historia.
He killed the king and put the soldiers of the kingdom under a spell.
Here Agahnim defeats Link's uncle, of whom is a Hyrule Knight.
Agahnim can create dark knights made of shadow, clothed in armor.
Arriving to Hyrule when evil was spreading, Agahnim arrived and tamed the evil. He was suspected by the King of Hyrule to be one of the Seven Sages reincarnated, he then changed and wiped out the king right infront of Zelda.
Here Agahnim breaks through a barrier and easily dispatches a couple of Hyrule Knights that had survived before kidnapping Zelda.
Agahnim isn't harmed by the Master Sword at all, he then freezes Link into place.
The dark wizard is then hit with his own magic, however survives and sends Link to the Dark World after the seal has been broken.
Agahnim kidnaps Ganty(someone who was traveling with Link) and transforms her into a giant 3 headed dragon. He also shows to being able to bring forth and show a kidnapped and trapped Zelda with a mere finger.
A look into Agahnim's past, he was a friend of Link's dad, studying to become a magician while Link's dad became a Hyrule Knight. He figured out later how to break the Seven Sages seal, making a deal with Ganon and transporting Link's parents into the Dark World.
