"Justice League 2" should still happen, here's how I'd want it

Like I said, Justice League sucked. But that doesn't mean a sequel can't redeem the franchise. Here's what I'd want.

- A 2020 release date

This is solely because I want the movie after Green Lantern Corps and Shazam, and because I want more time for WB to make a better story.

- Four new members (Green Lanterns, Shazam and Martian Manhunter)

These are the four heroes who I believe could balance out a great team, and it'd be cool to see a team with both Jordan and Stewart on it. As for who should play the characters, I want:

- Armie Hammer as Hal Jordan

- Idris Elba as John Stewart

- Chiwetel Ejiofor as Martian Manhunter

- No Darkseid (YET)

Honestly, I want Darkseid to be the Thanos of the DCEU and appear in Justice League 3. Instead of him, I want...

- The Legion of Doom

The Legion are something I want to see bad in the DCEU. As for the team's members and who should play them, I want:

- Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg)

- Brainiac (Matt Smith)

- Black Manta (Yahya Abdul-Mateen)

- Joker (Jared Leto)

- Cheetah (Kristen Wiig)

- Deathstroke (Joe Manganiello)

- Black Adam (Dwayne Johnson)

- Sinestro (Luke Evans)

- Professor Zoom (Michael C. Hall)

- Gorilla Grodd (voiced by James Earl Jones)

- Bizarro (Henry Cavill)

- Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller)

The movie's plot should involve Lex Luthor collaborating with an alien named Brainiac whom he has made contact with to literally take over the world. I see this as an opportunity to create a fun, comic-like superhero movie. I also want to see Luthor's armor.

Cameos from other heroes

I really want to see Hawkman and Hawkgirl finally get justice on the big screen, but other heroes like Zatanna, Black Canary, Atom and Firestorm would be nice as well. I could see them showing up in the climax where Batman sends out a distress signal to other "metahumans" he knows about.

So, that's what I want in a Justice League sequel? What do you guys think? Does this need anythingmore or less? Comment!

Nice ideas, but there's absolutely no chance it'll be released in 2020.

Well:

1. No Snyder or Whedon.
2. Stop with the Super-Jesus Clark wank and make Flash, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter and the Lanterns strong, capable and relevant again.
3. No interventions by WB.
4. Not that goddamn short.
5. Not that overloaded.
6. Some other things.

I think that before they need to make Justice League 2, they need to build hype for their universe again.

Which really is not as hard as it may seem. With Justice League and Batman v Superman out of everyone's mind, they can build hype for the DCEU again if they make even a few great movies. If Aquaman, Shazam, and Wonder Woman 1984 can all build hype for the DCEU, and then maybe consider Justice League 2.

And like you said, they should save Darkseid for Justice League 3.

Nope will never watch a Justice League movie again. Will Support Aquaman and Shazam if they are good . I didn't like Wonder Woman even though everybody else like it so will probably skip WW84
