This would be a tough one, But I think the Hulk in this would still win.  Juggs did not show enough strength in the movie to show he could even hurt the hulk.  The hulk might not be able to stop his forward momentum, but eventually the hulk would just tire out Juggs in this combat.

why is it tough???  juggernaut didnt do anything in that horrible xmen movie and he only said his forward momentum couldnt be stopped.  the only thing that tried to stop it was kitty and a few walls.
