Joaquin Phoenix's Joker attacks a subway in new set video

Looks a lot better with the suit.

At first, I wasn't a huge fan of his look, but seeing him in action with the green hair and the orange suit completely sold me on his portrayal of The Joker. I'm definitely hyped for this movie.

I doubt that's going to be his final costume design. This scene feels like Joker dressed up just to blend in with the clowns in the crowd, and the wardrobe department probably used this opportunity to homage the classic Joker suit.

I just realized that Todd Phillips is the director of War Dogs. This project now seems somewhat interesting to me.

Still hate the longer hair tho. I'd like to see something more like that:

I still haven't seen that movie, but maybe I will before watching Joker, just to see what Todd Phillips is like.

Still not impressed with his makeup though.

He does look WAY better with the entire costume. I'm still hoping the makeup design doesn't stay like that and we get a more Killing Joke type look. Surprised they went with a 70s/campy/colorful kinda costume.

I could still get a sense of his style.

I think this is going to be surprisingly good.
