Jared Leto as Joker?

What do you think of this development. All I know is that Leto was great in Dallas Buyers Club. Do you think Leto will pretty much just do his best Heath Ledger impression?

I am not really fond of the idea. I don't mind Leto as an actor but I don't think that he can make a good Joker. I really hope if this is true that he will prove me wrong.

Almost none of DC's casting choices have made sense, so I can't bring myself to care.

... Someone should just make a comic book movie where Leto plays every character in the film...

IIRC he's in final talks but it's not set in stone yet.

if he gets the role I'll say it's the best casting DC has done so far.
