So whats the best season?
Is it overall worth giving a watch?
Yes.
Season 1 is the best, but Season 2 certainly wasn't bad (with the exception of a few episodes I didn't care for).
It's worth watching, though you'll just be angry after finishing it.
It's not so bad. It's not like it ended in the middle of a story arch. Maybe I'm just used to premature burials of animated series. To answer the OP's questions:
It is worth watching.
I like Season 2 more, but most of the reasons why it's better are also reasons to watch Season 1 first.
it could and should have been the start of new DC animated dominance with a new rich world. The art was fantastic as was the storyline and the VILLIANS. My God, the Villians weren't just one and done. On no, there is a reason why they call them villians and the superheroes had such a hard time winning against them. Every victory the heroes had was the villain gained two. My god was it fustrating but AWESOME,
@awesomeperson: Beware the Batman wasn't bad. It wasn't Batman the Animated Series but for what it was it was solid.
I couldn't get into Young Justice, I found the pacing to be too slow and it didn't utilize it well. However this is just one opinion, almost everyone complains that it's gone so I think that gives you your answer. I miss good super hero cartoons...
Any good? Best DC show since BTAS
Best show since the JLA and JLU... really since the DCAU. I mean seriously. The old DCAU still had camp in it and that was fun. The Young Justice series felt like the new 52 before their was even the New 52 label. Seriously. I was actually in damn awe of the villains on how diabolical they could be and how the Heroes doing their best still only eked out a victory. This is not the whole DCAU where the Villains would go "Oh you caught me... ah well." Nope this was an overreaching arc that lead up to a satisfying end. Except for Season two T_T I wanted to see Darksied damn it!
Seriously, it was good, unexpected, the time skip especially made me go "WHAAAA!" That series pretty much kept me on my toes on what's going to happen where each and every step.
The closest comparison I could do for it is Transformer Prime series, where despite the Hero winning the day, the Villain still won the war until the final moments.
@those_eyes: really good, probably a little advanced for younger audience which is why teen titans go exists and there no more young justice
oh im all for more in depth stuff instead of stuff like teen titans go. i think ill give young justice a go. thank you.
@koshi_waza88: Teen Titans GO is awesome! You just have to get in the right mindset. :P
@battle_forum_junkie: Waffles, waffles waffles waffles.
Speaking of waffles, do you guys like salt with your waffles?

@parachomp: When I say yummy, you say pie!
@parachomp: Beware the Batman was okay...
It wasn't good but okay...
It was an ok show,nothing special as most people would have you believe. Oh sure it was entertaining but ultimately it was less YJ and more Junior Justice League if you get what I mean. They took the biggest JL,Batman,Superman villains and had them struggling with kids, what business does Savage or Ra's have with these guys? NONE,they gave you ridiculous conspiracies and conspiracies with in conspiracies that amounted to nothing other than giving the impression of it using "mature" story telling and lots of fan service,some where along they forgot it was YJ and turned it in to DC:the soap opera,to make it worse Blue Beetle became the sole major character in the second season and then fans wonder why it was cancelled.
@those_eyes: I preferred season 2, overall it is definitely worth watching. Seas One was good but imo Season 2 is even better.
I honestly felt like it was trying to be so dramatic, and it just failed in my opinioned. Also, not to opinionjock FTBB, but, once you actually think about it the show's entire premise it kind of sours it. It was about a team of teens that the Justice League used solely for black ops mission. . . wut?
@theacidskull: I agree...
They stretched "The League on trial" story line for far too long...
@awesomeperson: Hey, it's better than nothing or being cringeworthy.
It is a good show but is also a bit overated by fans. Each season has strong and weak points but was cancelled too soon and it had lot of potencial.
Yes.
@parachomp: Yes...
