Is Toaa still omnipotent after the death of Stan Lee

Am just curious. I apology if this is somewhat insulting but is he? Can we still regard him as omnipotent?

Well, if TOAA was supposed to be Jack Kirby or Stan Lee, then clearly, he isn't. But, it was my understanding that he was a representation of the Writers in general, and, as such, he remains Omnipotent.

I hope you realize Stan Lee hasn't been involved in writing the stories for Marvel comic books for a long time.
