Is Thor stronger than the hulk?

What do you guys think about this?

The difference in what they were doing and how much effort it took them to do it makes Thor's feat way more impressive.

Physically stronger ? No.

Overall more powerful ? Yes.

MCU: No

Animated TV/Movie: No

No the thing that pushes Thor in terms of power is his hammer it's extremely OP

I don't know about the shows, but in comics Hulk is stronger, Thor all but admits it in 2001 Annual and that was prior to the post-core breach power up.

Hulk is the stronger of the 2 but Thor is overall more powerful.

In the MCU, Hulk is stronger than Thor but Thor is more powerful.

It’s the same across all media. Hulk is “The Strongest There Is,” while Thor is light years more powerful than most heroes on Marvel Earth.

It's too close to call, Hulk has better more good strength feats because strength is all he has so it gets showcased more.

Physically he should be stronger than base Hulk, but quickly gets outclassed once Hulk gets angry. Overall power though he stomps any Hulk

MCU Thor is physically weaker than an enraged Hulk, but is overall definitely more powerful.

In terms of overall power and destructive capability:

Angry Hulk > Thor (no God Mode)

Angry Hulk < Thor (God Mode)

In terms of lifting strength, I would say Hulk is stronger.

In terms of striking, I would say Thor is stronger.

In terms of overall powers, Thor by miles.

In an all-out fight, I would say that Thor would one-shot if he is serious.

Did that guy just imply that Hulk is stronger because his feet dig into the ground when trying to lift Mjolnir, while Thor’s didn’t, even though Thor was a human?

The only Hulks who are weaker than Thor are Joe Fixit and maybe Doc Green. The rest are either equal or stronger.

That guy doesn't know anything if im correct he sayed that Hulk lifted mjollnir in the comics where this was never the case i don't think i agree with even one argument of his

In their first fight Hulk struggles to take mjollnir out of thor while using both hands and his leg

Immortal hulk is stronger than any form of base Thor (as is WWH i think)

Thor lifting feats are better than Hulks (and thats not even his focal point).Unless you count hulk lifting the weight of a star and then turbing back to banner... but even then it kinda shows a limit where Thor's doesn't he did his more casually.

Striking...well with Mjollnir vs base Hulk it goes without saying but mjollnir-less Thor and Hulk are a better match. Thor has one shoted hulk level beings with his punches before

I think they are more or less equal, you can present a case where one or another is stronger, but most of the times they really are not.

People however downplay both to oblivion: base Thor is more downplayed than base hulk and hulk stronger forms for some reason are much more downplayed that Thor's

I myself want to do an thread defending base Thor against base Hulk in this site bcs hulk fans did a much better defense of their character whereas Thor fans...didn't to keep it short

In the ultimate universe for example there is a fenomenal case for Thor being much stronger/able to win fights than Hulk but you don't see any Thor fans bringing it up...

In the MCU hulk is indeed stronger than base Thor, and the difference only grows with time but people saylike he is 2 the god of thunder strengh at base but that is not true

People see the scene of Thor holding Hulk arms and got that Hulk is 2x him, but he just blocked one arm strike with one arm and then put his arms around hulk's and Hulk can't get out in the way that Thor was locking him so he just goes the way that thor wasnt putting much force, up

Thor seemed about equal to Pre-Core Breach Savage Hulk, but after the permanent amps Hulks was pretty much stronger.

HOT DAMN!!! Thor could exert over 3000 tons of force with just his hands back in Avengers 1.

He was also created to be wiser than Reed Richards but that idea got discarded fairly quickly. Comics change and evolve over time. I don't think there is a single writer at Marvel nowadays that would say Thor is physically stronger than Hulk. I think that ship has sailed long ago.

Even in Thors own book in Mighty Thor 385 which happened in 1987 and was actually written by Stan Lee himself had Hulk beat up a hammerless Thor and that was some 30 years ago, since then Hulk has only grown stronger, while Thor hasn't.
