Obviously, it all forms part of the Leftist Liberal Socialist agenda on the Western hemisphere, all those inclinations coming from the SJW, is an indirect way to indoctrinate or brainwash the masses without even noticing it, now, of course, I'm talking about the populace class, that all indirectly creates new leftist socialist voters for the next elections, considering Disney's headquarter is in California, a State which is legally ruled by the Democrat party, who orchestrated Disney's monopoly through the United States of America in a legal way, the Democrats moved the right political strings in order to make it possible, Disney produces stuff based on the leftist socialist agenda, because that's the DEAL.

Why hasn’t the government stopped Disney’s growing monopoly on the entertainment industry?
Because Disney has been using their lobbying might and their ability to employ former government employees and elected officials to obscure what they are doing.
Disney controls 40% of the film industry through its merger with Fox, its ownership of the ABC television network and through its various licensing deals. That means that if anyone plans on producing content in Hollywood they are going to have to consider at least attempting to deal with the company, if not avoiding angering or annoying. That actually gives Disney greater clout than owning a greater stake in the entertainment industry would.
Disney has been strategically lobbying various members of Congress as well state legislatures in California, Florida and New York to prevent any snags from occurring in their mergers. So far this has been successful as no one of any consequence has come out against their expansions, even though it’s clear that the result of the mergers is a virtual monopoly, if not a numerical one. This would have been avoid in decades past as while Disney had the clout to purchase various other entertainment outlets, fears of anti-trust lawsuits and legislation prevented it.
Disney also has been employing former government staffers and utilizing the lobbying services of legal firms which employ former Congresspeople and their staffers. This allows them to use their financial clout (I would use a less pleasant, but more accurate, term if I didn’t want to get sued) to prevent those people and entities which might consider filing anti-trust lawsuits from doing so. They have been able to avoid the various pitfalls that absorbing so much of a single class of business would entail by hiring people who might themselves be the sources of those pitfalls.
The most troubling aspect of the recent mergers is that there’s no reason to believe that Disney will stop any time soon. While it be difficult for it to absorb Fox and it will take time to integrate the two businesses, eventually Disney will be back on the market for other businesses and it will have the cash on hand and the market share to do so quite easily. Additionally, Disney financial success will come at the expense of other businesses, meaning that they themselves will merger or declare bankruptcy, giving Disney greater market access without their having to spend very much money to do it.
Disney has built a monopoly and no one seems to be interested in stopping it.
The sad part is that they aren’t being subtle about it and the people who should be slowing or even halting it, are being bought off in the interim.
