Is Question's detective skills greater than Batman's ?

Question hardly ever uses fancy tech to do detection like Batman.

Is it possible that in the case of pure detection skills using only brains , Question can out do Batman ?

There are many different iterations of the Question. O'Neil's did not do detective work. Rick Veidt's Question did and he has a quasi-enhanced ability to see clues in his surroundings due to a connection to mystical energy.

• Speed. No, because Batman also has the use of his toys because his riddles comes with a timer and a life on the line at the end of it.
• Figuring it out... to be honest this is difficult to answer because if there is no timer on it, then you are faced with the issue of providing a problem that one can solve and other other cant, which is quite tricky at that level.,
• Type: To be honest, I think the two are of two different schools of though and methods. Batman is of the solve it any way he can the fastest possible way (CSI basically), while the Question is more Sherlock Holmes who has time to do his thing and end up with a startling result.
