@dstreet45: do you think Russo has the best speed feat in the live action mcu? At least for street levelers

If you choose to take that scene at face value as a feat, instead of considering it an artistic approach to directing the sequence...yes. It is even better than the supersoldiers' feats.

@the_magister: artistic approach? A feat is a feat to me. Unless you argue that the director wanted to have billy move at super speed without realizing it, to which I'll ask, what does that even matter when we are just analyzing the feat?

@webinyoureye11: Yeah. Dodging a sniper round from that range is ridiculous.

He survives losing his blood, being shot by an arrow, being shot in the arm, and still can drag his comrade hundreds of meters. He took a sniper round to the arm, repeated blows with Matt's reinforced gloves/billy clubs, and survived falls through glass tens of feet. He withstood having his foot drilled into, scores of gunshots, and hours of torture and still came back for more.

He's legit Superhuman imo

Why is the name "Russo" synonymous with power across the MCU?

All movie/tv versions of characters will be inferior to their comic ones usually. But hes got a good story going on.

@the_hajduk: Russo Force is a legit sentient power force. Billy having the last name Russo alone allows him to have access to it.

As far as Russo "bullet timing" he didn't "dodge the bullet" He realized he'd been set up and was in a kill zone and was ducking as the bullet was fired (or possibly in flight). It was a feat of situational awareness not speed.

Also, Frank being able to REPEATEDLY take the kind of major damage he took (a real person would be in physical therapy for months just for all the damage he took to his shoulders), and that, no kidding, impossible sniper shot from El Paso to Juarez, Mexico. No, he's definitely not too weak.

The Punisher series was bad ass.

@the_magister: Frank beat Matt twice, shouldn't they be in the same tier?

Punisher is honestly everything I'd hoped he would be in the show as a fan of the character: an engine of his enemies' destruction, fuelled by hate. And more than that, he's a militaristic creature. He spends most of his time planning to accomplish his goals, coordinating intelligence, logistics, contingencies, etc. before carrying out his plans with ruthlessness and flexibility (h2h combat is viewed as a last, rather than a first resort, which is why it's unsurprising and entirely proper that a thoroughbred fighter like Matt would be better at it); the difference is that his "orders" are derived from his own compulsion, his need, his bottomless appetite to punish (himself and the wicked). The best Punisher stories portray him as something of a force of nature, and I'm pleased to see that the show walked the taut line between that aspect of the character and his humanity.
