Pretty sure the All Black was confirmed to have been weakened by the time Knull invaded Earth as its power source the Celestial head was destroyed or something and Knull was weakened as well as he had to use most of his power to bring back All Black as it had been destroyed. Even while being weakened Knull still destroyed Sentry who bulldozed through a Celestial and defeated Cosmic King Thor who defeated Galactus and Black Silver Surfer wasn't sure he can beat Knull and he was stalemating a being who can stomp Galactus. It took Venom with uni power plus combining Mjolnir and Surfer's sword to defeat Knull
