Yeah sure, in the sense some fictional ideas can be imagined as greater in scope, than subjective interpretations of certain ideas that are considered in terms of both reality and fiction… without necessarily breaking the suspension of disbelief, thats generally considered necessary for the cohesiveness and structure of fiction. Fiction doesn't have to make sense or be consistent to reality, people may willingly or passively accept ideas that are very flawed, because they are okay with silliness or they aren't aware of the science or logic as to why it couldn't happen in reality.

Or another way to think about it, is that its possible in fiction to have a tree thats bigger than the Universe, Multiverse even. Where did the seed for the tree come from? How big was it? What is the tree made out of? What fueled its growth? What sustains it? How did it even get so big? Why is it even considered a tree? Who named it? For some people, such questions don't matter, for some they do, for some its more about execution and context. Usually stories with ideas super massive in scope, involve intangible, supernatural, metaphysical mediums, ideas, with "special" properties, that exist "beyond" the material Universe.
