Is it possible to have arms as big as Letho of Gulet's?

Seriously. His arms are literally bigger than his head. In real life, would it be possible for somebody to grow arms as big as Letho's or is there some other explanation, like a condition or mutation? Not even Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson has arms as big as Letho's.

In natural way? Nope. Nobody can. I think his arms may be sideeffect of his witcher mutation.
