Justice league isn't done. Once its done Wolf Warriors will probably have made around 1.3 times as much as Justice League. As far as the question in the OP. I understand why people make these comparisons but I think its better to put it like "is it embarrassing for Justice League to have made only $650 million?" To which I would say yes . This movie should have been one of the largest films in history but it probably won't crack the top 20 CBM's.
