Is Goku reacting to Cell's Kamehameha proof of FTL reaction time?

Do characters in this saga and above have this kind of reaction time?

This could be sub relativistic to around the speed of light, going by the scan.

Going by the scan it’s not. Light takes 3 seconds to reach the earth from the moon and going by the scan the blast is nowhere close to the moon.

No but it's easily in higher end relativistic range, from the scan it seems that blast travelled couple thousands of km in time it took Goku to reappear from IT in the next page (below 1 second timeframe).

It is still a good feat, but I don't know about it being FTL.

Ki beams =/= laser beams

No, they were described as simple ki attack leaving behind a flash of light.

In harry potter, the avada kedavra, Levicorpus and many other spells were also described as being flashes of light in the books, and yet you don't see people claiming that harry potter is FTL for reacting to them and even countrering them.

Vegeta also dodged the death beam and yet later on, in the story, he instantely believed that goku did teleport to kami's house because nobody could move that fast. It took goku 3 seconds to teleport there, took the glasses and comeback. According to Yamcha, Kami's house was 10 000 km away from them. So, according to their reaction, traveling 20 000 Km in 3 seconds is impossible.

The only legit lightspeed attack in dragon ball is the solar flare, and so far nobody dodged it: Not Cell, not super vegeta, Not dbs Gohan, Not Kalifla...etc

No one said they are, I made a full lowball calc a couple years ago that showed pre SSJ Goku had FTL combat reactions using that feat, Here it is.

It's probably not LS but it can be relativistic.

The solar flare is also PIS. I don’t think it is meant to be show the fighters are slower than light. It is just a blinding attack. That’s not the intention of it.
