In his SSGSS Kaioken, he should be. UI Sign is beyond Multiversal and Goku also has a MUI form which is way more powerful and reliable than UI sign.

I think a lot of ppl here not seem to understand that there is a difference between multiversal and multi-universal.

Multiversal beings can destroy an infinite number of universes.

Multi-Universal beings can destroy multiple universes.

The only being shown do destroy a whole space time continuum with macroverses and the space between them is Zeno. You could argue him being multiversal.

Out of verese multi-universal yes. By the way the Dragonball verse is created you could say the size of a single universe in DB is as big as 2 universes in real life by having the kaioshin realm which has 1/10 of the size of the mortal universe, afterlife which is said to be as big as the observeable universe and the universe itself which is stated to have infinite numbers of galaxies inside of it. Destroying one or moreof those macroverses would mean he is multi-universal in our real life terms.

In verse i would give him universal+ because like i said the macroverse in DB counts as 1 universe. Thats about it. Being comparable to Beerus in strength, having a few feats and databook entries and AT direct statements you could say that Goku is strong enough to destroy a universe maybe a bit more but thats about it. Nothing suggest that he can do more in verse so he goes at universal+. We can't say how much stronger he is from universal level but he is definetly not destroying more than 1 maybe 2 universes

Comic vine is the wrong place to ask questions like this, people are still holding on to the denial of the likes of Hulk and Superman beating Goku, so Goku being anywhere close to universal and multiversal doesn't fit that agenda.

I’d say he is around Multi-universe level but Xeno goku is Multiverse Level but he isn’t cannon

Depends on the Tiering system we are using here. If Multi-Universal = Low/Finite Multiversal, then yes. Under multiversal i understand someone that surpasses infininite space-time continuums, or can create/destroy them. Goku is far below that, so the doesn´t fit the word multiversal. Even Xeno Goku doesn´t fit the word, at least i don´t see that somewhere it was stated there exist infinite space-time continuums. But maybe i just didn´t saw it.

In short, no.

Maybe Xeno Goku is around baseline multiversal.
