Makkari still statues, Electro is just running around a city block in seconds, Makkari was running around the planet in seconds, theres no comparison.

Visuals are not a good metric for Makkari. By visuals, Makkari can't statue falling rocks which are barely mach 1.

If we go by calcs of TASM 2, he would be moving as fast as his electricity. IIRC some calcs have his electricity as relativistic when being conducted.

Makkari is much faster.

I don’t think anyone in the MCU including Makkri is as fast as electro magnetic particles.(99% of SOL in empty space, a fraction of SOL in different mediums)
