If you're willing to take the Tectonic plate feat into account then yeah he could. Shifting a tectonic plate would require insane amounts of strength. Lifting Godzilla to space would be nothing.

But if you regard that as an outlier then nope, I don't think he has feats of lifting something as large as Godzilla(2014)

I no longer consider it an outlier when you have a dying Zeus creating an entire island which is a tectonic feat. Then there's the world engine to consider from MoS. Safe to say the shifting of the plate has about as much merrit as Cap pulling the bulldozer which was also offscreen and referenced on AoS.

@heatforce: I don't exactly know what you meant when you said Zues creating the island is a tectonic feat. Superman shifted it by force. Zues created an island by magic or technology or whatever.

But I do think that it was always intended for DCEU superman to be that powerful. Superman lifting unbelievable amounts of weights and being a million tonner or more has always been part of his power set. Sooner or later DCEU will portray him at that level. Maybe not silver age superman level where he could affect skills at cosmic scale but at least at a planetary scale. I think the tectonic plate feat was a subtle hint at that direction. He's a force, a god at planetary scale.

@tj849: Well first of all its difficulty to quantify how much Zilla actually weights. it was tall.. I don't know.. like 100 metres maybe. Was as tall as mid rise skyscrapers. But we don't know its density. Can't quantify its weight. If Clark can lift it then there's no question of if he could bfr it to space or not.

@heatforce: Well the tectonic plate feat is considered an outlier because he has failed to demonstrate anywhere near the kind of strength required to shift one with brute force (see, him visibly struggling to lift a part of a space shuttle in BvS). And unlike Cap's bulldozer feat where they explicitly make note of Cap achieving it via strength, we don't even know how he did the plate feat to begin with.

I know but the feat itself was still a tectonic feat as creating a landmass the size of an island like themyscira would involve shifting tectonic plates (magic or not) or if he willed it into reality it would still be an island level feat that still bumps up the dceu powerscale so supes shifting a tectonic plate has merit imo.

Here you go man, this blog post and calc can make the case better than I: http://vsbattles.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Matthew_Schroeder/DCEU_Superman_Shifts_Tectonic_Plate

Also regarding the shuttle, superman has a stronger center of gravity when he is flying. So when he landed, while it appeared like he was struggling to lift it, it was more likely him catching his balance. See supes when he is pushed back by batman's .50cal fire only to become immovable once he hovers. Another good case is when he rams right through a drone missile that was supposed to destroy a village and the drone that fired it. Or when he flew to catch doomsday's punch before it could kill Lex.

I don't mean to be rude but I don't put a lot of stock on fan calcs since there are far too many assumptions involved. Interesting find though, regardless.

Also regarding the shuttle, superman has a stronger center of gravity when he is flying. So when he landed, while it appeared like he was struggling to lift it, it was more likely him catching his balance.

It looked like he was struggling to keep that thing above his head as well, when he was pushing his hands upwards. That really should not have happened if this was a completely effortless task for him.

See supes when he is pushed back by batman's .50cal fire only to become immovable once he hovers.

I don't recall him getting pushed back. All he did was shield himself from the bullets with his arms as if they were causing him mild discomfort.

Another good case is when he rams right through a drone missile that was supposed to destroy a village and the drone that fired it. Or when he flew to catch doomsday's punch before it could kill Lex.

Yes but I doubt this would have impacted his strength that much.

@brucerogers: check it out at about :57 time stamp:

https://youtu.be/X7SiuQxhAjg

Iirc there was also : https://youtu.be/RH1yENYxMew

300 decibels is no joke.

Either way it's cool if you're still speculative, I just think the feats deserve more of a conversation since WW introduced potentially the most powerful DCEU character thus far in Zeus.

This website says Godzilla weighs about 90k tons. Don't know how reliable the source is, but if its true then Superman is not pushing Godzilla into space.

No. But I was wondering, do you think Godzilla could take DCEU Superman's trademark bull-rush? How much damage do you think he could do? At the very least I figured he could knock Godzilla on his ass.

I don't see why not, really. It's not like DCEU Brooderman has shown any strength limitations.
