He's not a fodder. Fodders don't singlehandedly overpower the main character like that.

If he has a name he doesn't really count as fodder.

He had no name or real importance to the story. Just because he could keep up with Superman doensn't mean he's not fodder. It's kinda like this guy in Tim Burton's First Batman:

I don't believe his name was said in the actual movie though, just in credits.

Kurse had more screen time and importance in the film. Nam Ek only scenes were of him fighting; kurse had non fighting moments.

Yeah it's that fodder that will obliterate 90% of MCU without much struggle.
