Is DCEU Batman one shorting Harley Quinn a legit showing??

She looks fine to me. If anything, it'd be harder to properly hit someone and deal damage underwater.

Good point about punching underwater tho, that should be considerable harder....do you think he could replicate to a heathy Harley..still underwater.

Just seems odd to claim a legit oneshot KO on a person that was just in a bad car crash...especially one who put their head through the windshield.

It could be both, maybe she was Ko'ed then woke up and scared Batman...

As you said, she had just been in a car crash and was low on oxygen. Both of which would obviously make it easier to be knocked unconscious. Whether or not she was KO'd from the crash isn't really a big factor IMO.

Do you have any idea how much harder it is to punch hard underwater?

And how do you think she was holding a knife underwater while unconscious?

Do I think bats good beat her easily? Yes

Do I think he could one shot her? Probably not

She'd just gone through a windshield in a car that flew off the road into water. She may have been able to do a sneak attack but she was by no means close to 100%

But at the same time, Batman played that situation perfectly. He didn’t let Harley catch him off guard, he slipped her sneak attack and popped her perfectly in her blind side to get that 1-hit KO. It is a good showing by Batman.

I think if the two had a fair fight on land, this lends to the idea of Batman winning, but it is possible Harley could put up more of a fight given what she showed she could do later in the movie.

Yep the crash doesnt help her but like Anthp pointed out she was clearly playing dead and waiting to slash Batman.

He wouldnt need many hits on land to put her down.

Perhaps, or she may have been faking unconsciousness in order to lure him in close for a knife attack?

Also, it's much harder to generate force in a punch underwater, so there'd probably have to be a fair bit of strength behind the hit in order for it to be effective regardless.

She’s holding her breath, evident by the lack of air bubbles coming from her before she attacks. If she was unconscious, there’d be no air for her to exhale due to her lungs being filled with water (unless you wanna argue she held her breath while unconscious?)

I still don’t see how you can justify her tanking superhuman hits while also saying breaking a windshield with her face knocks her out...

He should be able to do the same thing against a healthy Harley Quinn if it wasn't underwater.
