Is Darth Sidious still the strongest Sith Lord?

Since Disney took over, has it ever been canonically confirmed that Darth Sidious is the strongest Sith Lord to ever exist?

By statements and Feats I believe so

So far. Nothing though has firmly stated he is, just perhaps and arguably.

He has the best feats and is power scaled to be the most powerful jedi/sith in the universe.
