Is Black Clover a good anime?

Is it worth watching?

It's not

Black Clover is a very typical shonen anime complete with many familiar tropes including tsundere heroine, hyper enthusiastic hero, harem-like relationships, mysterious past, etc...

I classify it as a second, maybe even third tier shonen on the same order as Fairy Tail, Hitman Reborn and D.Gray Man. Having said this I quite enjoy it. The show is very easy to consume as the stories are conventional with predictable outcomes. When I am done with better shows but still in the mood for something light I turn on Black Clover.

I couldn't get into it personally. The idea behind it is decent though, however considering I'm a sucker for magic that's only natural.
