Is 'Batman and Harley Quinn' canon to the DCAU?

WHY IS ALL DC ANIMATION SO SEXUAL NOWADAYS??? WHY DON'T THEY GET THE HINT THAT NOBODY LIKES IT AND STOP ALREADY??? WHY DO THEY JUST GET MORE AND MORE EXTREME INSTEAD??? WHAT CREEPY FANFIC WRITER IS RUNNING DC ANIMATION?

This didn't even have an ending, anyone who watches this and likes it is an idiot, I'm sorry but that's what it is, THIS FILM HAS NO ENDING.

The movie was ok. It definitely did not come close to the animated series. The bar scene was cool but not great. I wish Arlene Sorken would have returned to voice Harley. Bruce Timm needs to do another movie with less sexual content and more of a BTAS kinda style/writing. Something with feeling and emotion instead of the nonsensical garbage that he's done with this film. And I agree with @nickzambuto the hentai in the animated movies needs to chill a bit LOL

According to Bruce Timm it is. Of course the ending suggests that Harley has gone full on straight but considering that she most likely fell to her death in Return of the Joker (though it was revealed she survived) and was never seen until she bailed her Granddaughters out of jail this movie would be set before those events meaning that Harley would have gone back to Joker.
