Is anyone else not enjoying DC Rebirth?

I really, really, really don't like it as much as I want to. I haven't been keeping up with any of the characters I normally would, the art is... different and the stories are messed up with a notable difference in tiering it seems.

What are your thoughts on the run?

I'm reading most Rebirth titles barring a few, i'm enjoying most of them to a certain degree.

The only dc rebirth title I'm reading is Titans, which I like.

Edit: I also read Deathstroke and Superman rebirth from time to time, both of which I do like.

I've enjoyed everything I've read, n52 was a massive mistake.

@all-father: I tried getting in the Birds of Prey, if anything because of Huntress, who I always liked a lot but never got a solo series, or a proper one at least, and it seemed rather unenjoyable. I've seen some stuff for Batman, but nothing too attractive either.

I'll give you some recommendations, hopefully you'll like them. They're my personal favorites

I would recommend Batman, but his series has gone downhill massively *looking at you Tom King*. Detective Comics took a downfall as well tho not as bad as the solo series.

- Hal Jordan

- Nightwing

- Aquaman vol.1 (need to catch up)

- Titans.

It's better than the N52...BUT....some of the characters books were better in the N52. Batman in the N52 is light years ahead of Batman now. I don't read Aquaman, but I understand his N52 stuff was better. When Azarello was doing WW, that run was as good/better than the Rebirth run, though N52 WW after he left was crap. Green Arrow when it was Lemire is better than GA is now, though GA is a good book now. GA N52 before Lemire was horrid. Superman has benefited the most from Rebirth. Action and Superman have been really good reads.

They honestly just need to basically restart the Post-Crisis continuity, instead of making another complete reboot.

It's pretty good, though I am only following Superman and Action comics as of now.

imo Superman is really weak in rebirth. But that will probably change in the course of multiple issues. but still.

Not reading every single REBIRTH title, but the one’s I am I’m really enjoying so far

Outside of Deathstroke, Action Comics, Green Arrow, Super Woman, Superman, Nightwing, New Super-Man, Aquaman, Redhood & The Outlaws, not really but those titles are good.

You're not alone, outside of a handfull of titles Rebirth feels stale. I'm waiting for the next wave and Doomsday Clock to pick things up.
