Ironman now is the new Superman's Villain( he has the same knowledge Lex had about Superman.)

LexLuther is now Thor's Villain ( he has all of Tony's Knowledge about Thor)

@kgb725: He's made at least 3, there are at least 2 versions of the Hulk Buster one made way back and the newest one was featured in WW HULK. The there is of course the Thor Buster. I think Remember pre 52 Superman fighting Lex Kpytonite power suit and Metallo who is powered by Kyptonite pretty well. Plus Clark has anti Kyptonite suits. Current Superman even survived Kyptonite poisoning IIRC. I'm just saying...

If you want to beat Thor you normally have to have an entire plan to beat all of Asgaurd including Odin. Like the way Loki does or the way they make a lot of Thor villains uber powerful like the God Eater, Sultur, etc. so Luthor would fail miserably.

@lukehero: Tony could just as easily make a suit that uses Red sun UV ray repulsuers, and Kryptonite Weapons the red sun rays would make him usless and the Kryptonite can kill him.

Hulk would have been a better choice than Ironman.

Tony's suits are better than Lex's. He'd utilize kryptonite better too. Would he succeed? Maybe. Maybe not. But he'd do much better than Luthor IMO.

Luthor would have to magically imbue himself or something to become even remotely of a threat. His usual approach won't let him survive one hit from Thor.

Batman still wins.
