My older Respect Thread is just that. Older and way out of date, and do to not having Access to the older account, Had to ask for it to be erased. So starting fresh with Invincible himself now the comic series is over. Over 140+ comics of awesome story that ended with optimism. Something rare indeed from a Kirkmen comic lol. Here we go.
Flight
One of the main powers of Invincible is flight. So lets just get that out of the way.
Strength
At his weakest, Mark began work out routines to increase his power by benching 500 tons daily.
Mark after some work outs is able to lift well over 1000+ tons with ease.
Mark lifts a corner of a multi story building while severally injured and on a bad leg.
Mark and Conquest wreck the top of a mountain and grind out a canon in the mini mountains with their shoving each other .
Mark lifts with his far weaker brother Kid Omni Man a aircraft carrier worth of space ship and chucks it into orbit.
mark and Conquest slam each other so hard to generate a shock wave that sends flying 100s of tons of rubble and construction equipment.
Mark is held down by the Sequids. The Sequids are a race of beings that combine to form a larger being. They are strong enough to hold down super strength characters like Robot and Monster Girl easy. Mark overpowers them easy with a Thunder Clap that that then disrupts the rest of the Sequids for the other heroes to break free.
Mark rips apart by hand Doctor Octopus's arms in this canon crossover.
Mark with a bull rush can slam Allen the Alien into the moon with a city level impact.
Mark like all Viltrumites can get a spike in strength from Adrenalin pumping.
While Kid Omni Man level foes can still fight Mark to some degree, Mark is still strong enough to squeeze their heads off with on hand when angered enough and Adrenalin pumping.
With her atomic powers, Atom Eve increase Marks strength more to higher levels than before.
With his new strength, Mark here rips apart effortlessly dozens upon dozens Kid Omni Man level Viltrumites that before held there own against him.
Before his upgrade, Mark could not at all one shot, or even damage significantly Robot.
After the upgrade he was able to one punch through Robot's armor.
Durability
Invincible tanks a taser powered by a being ten times more powerful than lightning.
Mark survives a dimensional blast at ground zero. this blast wipes out the dozens of super human strong Mauler Twins.
Mark casually takes this large cratering slam. A slam that cause a minor earthquake to all those around it.
Mark withstands stated city busting energy attacks.
Mark no sells a modern nuke that was powerful enough to affect the sun with a super solar flare.
Solar Man is stated equals to mean Supreme. By the author of both characters. In Mark's fight with Solar Man, he tank blow after blow with little damage.
Start the planet feat off, some context is needed. First they needed Space Rider to fire his Laser that goes through anything at the planet. This Laser is the radius of a fist. A human fist size Laser as seen. Its not that big. Keep this in mind.
Next Thaddeus stated they needed the strength of Invincible, Omni Man, Tech Jacket, Allen, and Thaddeus need to hit the planet together for the plan to work. However Allen and Tech jacket get caught up, leaving them two man short in the first scan. Its also stated the Laser is only there to destabilize the solid core of the planet. That was its only role. To make a crack really. Also stated is the core in a instant will re solidify. According to Thaddeus the core may or may not kill them on impact without the Laser.
Next we see the three of them, two members short than what Thaddeus said they needed mind ya, clearly by passing the planet in pace with the laser for time reference. This means with all that was stated and shown the three Viltrumites withstood at light speeds the multiple layers of a planet that was denser than earth, with only the core slightly damage with a fist size hole through it.
Then the Viltrumite survive the Planets explosion in its orbit. They continued fighting shortly after.
Thanks to Smart Atoms that make up Viltrumite bodies, Mark is able to survive near absolute Zero, or the surface temprature of stars with ill effect.
Dinosaurous planet several bombs that burn so hot, that they disintegrated the entire city of Las Vegas, leaving only miles of glass. Mark is relatively un harm by the attack.
Mark and Thragg fight for many pages on the suns surface. Burning a little at a time when they dip into the Sun itself or hit by Solar Flares exploding out.
Minor Healing Factor
Conquest with massive head injuries and body damage heals all wounds in days, and twitches his muscles that allows him to break free of 400 tons of solid steel around his body, and 6 miles of earth falling on top of him.
Mark has his intestines ripped out and spine crushed to pieces. Stated to only take a few months to heal him back to 100% thanks to his healing factor.
This minor healing factor allows Viltrumites to fight in conditions that normal human would instantly die from.
Speed
Thanks to Smart Atoms, Viltrumites are able to go massively FTL. Also stated they are affected by time dilation when moving at high speeds, granting the reaction times that comes with near light to FTL speeds. Last scan states specifically that their bodies attain these speeds near instant time frames.
Mark clearly states when he holds back, he is slower. This is why slower people are not blitzed, because as stated Invincible holds back, which makes him slower.
Invincible and his Father travel around the world so fast, that his father in a second was able to see, assess, and find the problem in the middle east, and fetch Mark, bring him there before the Hot Dog falls.
Invincible and Omni Man playing baseball by throwing it at high speeds around the world, and Invincible forgets about it, remembers, and catches it even though it is tiny and traveling at insane speeds to get around the world.
Mark moves so fast to travel from the mall to his house to get a stack of comics. Why is this good? He moved so fast, it seem he never moved at all. He had to navigate his way out of the mall, through the house, find his stack of comics, make it to the mall while navigating the inside of the mall all in a split second. To move at that speed and around a complex environment is reaction time.
Mark in a few panels packs up all his things and moves them into a new room across the city. Showing more reaction and navigational ability at speeds so fast, that his friend held a conversation with him on the phone while mark was packing and flying things over faster than sound could travel by a factor many times over.
Mark moves so fast, that he is able to switch clothes with his evil Doppler, and shave his head in the time it takes another Viltrumite to walk through a door. Showing speed and the ability to think at those speeds.
Mark moves faster than instant teleportation can keep up with.
Invincible speed blitzes Reanimen in a curving arc, actively targeting them all in a speed blitz.
Mark is being held back by the strength of the Sequids, until he stops holding back, and easily speed blitzes the guys head off.
Mark beating on Dinosaurus, and curves his bull rush to drag the foe where he wants, more reaction feats with his bull rush speeds.
Mark is able to move faster than these Kid Omni Man level Viltrumites can tackle him.

Notice Red Rush who is so fast that he can save people, fight villains across the city of Moscow, and hold a conversation with his girlfriend who NEVER SAW HIM MOVING AT ALL! Red rush has proven Combat speeds and reaction speed. Omni Man casually blitz him and the rest, showing insane combat speed.
Mark is fully comparable speed wise to his father. Even when he was at his weakest as shown in the temporary reboot timeline.
In his fight with Conquest, we see Mark and the Viltumite throw punches and fight faster than world satellite network could follow, each being seven minuets behind. Instant teleportation stated by Cecil was no good cause they moved to fast to be there. The only time the duo was seen was when Mark stopped moving for a bit as Oliver stated in the scans.
More of Conquest and Mark moving at speeds far faster than Kid Omni Man could take a breath of air. Battling from earth surface to space and back again all the while throwing punches.
Mark and Omni Man travel from one planet in another Solar System all the way to the capital planet of the galaxy in the same amount of time that a few hours worth battle took place. They not only arrive in that toime frame, but blitz the other Viltrumites upon arrival,. Meaning they located their targets in battle with a city planet in that same time frame.
Mark again in one page flies so fast the stars are blurs.
Invincible here along with other Viltrumites not only keep pace with a laser to Lightspeed hit a planet, but they react to each other like Omni Man grabbing Mark so they are matched up, and then the two are shown smiling at each other all the while moving in pace with the laser as a straight beam of light through the planet. After hitting the planet and still flying at those speeds, other Viltrumites react to them and attack them while they are still moving at that speed and the planet still blowing up. All showings of the ability to react, think, and make a combat move at light speeds.
Weakness
One limitation to the Healing factor is heart damage. Damaging the heart will kill Invincible and other Viltrumites.
Viltrumites also have a very specific weakness to a certain frequency. Not any mere loud noise or sound attack, but a specific frequency that affects a Viltrumites Inertia. In instance one, Cecil states that Mark is vulnerable to that form of frequency that attacks the inner ear that specifically effects the equilibrium. Instance two, Dinosaur states that Mark's ears are a weak point thanks to the equilibrium, and only certain frequencies work in ways on that equilibrium. Instance three, Robot states that he used a sonic pulse in a very low level that is inaudible to normal humans, but hurts Viltrumites. Not a mere random sonic attack. Instance four, When Mark hits the special design tiles of Robot's new armor, it produces a High-pitched tone that harms Mark. A sound Eve does not hear or anyone else around Mark can hear. A specific high pitch tone that is deadly to Viltrumites.
