3.5/5 skill (Oden's strongest point wasn't his technique and skill from what we've seen, he was more of a physical beast)
4-4.5/5 power (depending on how you would scale Kaido from 20 years ago to current Mihawk)

2.5/5 power (i believe zoro surpassed him at this point)

Momonga
3/5 skill (i could be highballing, we dont know enough about momonga to accurately scale him esp his sword technique, but he seems to be one of the more formidable Vice Admirals)
0.5-1/5 power (mihawk should be able to low-diff him comfortably)

Rayleigh (prime)
4.5/5 (he could've been the WSS of his time, regardless he seems to be very competent with his sword. drew with Kizaru in his old age and was ready to compete with Oden back in the day)
5/5 power (i believe Rayleigh is the blueprint for a PK's right hand, so he should be comparable to Zoro EoS, who is gonna fight and beat Mihawk)

4.5 (mihawk is outright stated multiple times to be over him in terms of skill, tho being mihawk's rival is enough to give him this high of a score)
5-5.5*/10 (shanks could very well be actually stronger than mihawk in terms of raw physicality or haki, whatever. semantics or agendas aside, i think shanks and mihawk are p much portrayed to be equal to mihawk in the story so i don't have a reason to have a gap between them)
