I thought they were fun movies! The Ben/Johnny relationship was done so well, they were hilarious together! Does anyone else like the FF movies?

The problem with the movie is the names associated with it. The Fantastic Four, Dr. Doom, Silver Surfer, Galactus....when you have big names like that (names that are the foundation on which Marvel is built) you have certain expectations. If I could separate the names from them (or my expectations for those names) it may have been decent movies.

The first movie was good. The second one was... forced. The second one should have had the Moleman as the villain. Also Doom having lighting powers was kinda lame.

They weren't that good, but movies are subjective so...feel free to think what you want.

I don't hate them by any means, but they aren't my favorite. Chris Evans as Johnny was one of the best super hero portrayals we have seen in my opinion. I thought Chiklis did well as the Thing.

Nobody is the only person who likes anything but I know what you mean I feel the same way about the Green Lantern movie. The FF movies are alright, nothing special.

They are the summer movies

Fun for the moment but overall don't hold up comparatively to say like Nolans. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Not everything can be A+

I hope people see that's what GoG is

I hate them, but then again I hate the Fantastic Four comics. Feel better knowing I love more universally reviled movies than you (Star Wars Episode II and III, The Wolfman 2010, Daredevil, The Bucks County Massacre, Rob Zombie's Halloween, Dungeons & Dragons and many, many more)

I can never find myself to hating them because the movies are what introduced me to Silver Surfer.

I'm glad some people liked the movies, there are always those one or two movies you like that everyone else actually hates.

I'm afraid the Fantastic Four movies are not one of those movies for me though.

I personally really loved them. I think the first one is extremely underrated by most people but to each his/her own.

I liked them when I first saw them, but at the time I was young and liked anything with the FF name on it. As I got older, I realized they weren't good films. The first one is alright in a stupid way I guess (even though I still didn't care for it), but the second was just terrible.

The Fantastic Four movies were basically 1 hr and 30 minute superhero sitcoms. And not even like a good sitcom like Drake & Josh, this was like a Full House or Marvin Marvin meets the Marvel Universe. Awful forced humor, pre-Captain America Chris Evans TERRIBLE acting, hardly any action or meaningful scenes and may God have mercy on their souls for what they did to Dr Doom. That being said...I actually think Jessica Alba and Ioan Gruffud delivered good performances and actually had pretty good chemistry.

I like them when I was younger, and I have good memories attached to the first one. The summer of 2005 was a good summer for me, hanging out with friends, going to the pool a few times a week. Seeing the Fantastic 4 was a part of that. The second one, however, was rushed and just meh in my opinion.

PS: WHAT THEY DID TO GALATUS IS INEXCUSABLE *commences nerd rage*
