If you Had to Give one of these Guys The Super Soilder Serum who would you choose

but the Serum enhances everything that you are

his senses might be his weakness at that point

but the serum might help him control that better

he already has good acrobatics, and the serum will only make him better

If this was comics Punisher, Frank would deserve consideration. However since this is the MCU version, I agree he would be too unstable to possibly predict what would happen.

Frank is too unstable.

Matt could be unpredictable because of his senses, they could go comicbook daredevil level... or they could drive him mad. His physicals would be insane doe..he could amp up to mattfleck daredevil.

Matt would be unstoppable.

Punisher would be unstoppable and imagine his pain tolerance with the formula lol

Frank was way more effective than Daredevil, he took out the cartel, dogs of hell, and the irish, and did so with general ease. Plus it's shown he's a good man , and at the end of the show he sort of moves past his trauma. The serum would make him unstoppable.

Definitely Matt. Frank would definitely cause some bad damage
