If there was a new Captain America MCU movie who would be the villain?

The only one I can see is Flag Smasher using his real name and with an updated costume, with u.l.t.i.m.a.t.u.m. as the soldiers Cap, SHIELD and his supporting cast has to fight. Also they could have an updated version of modok as ultimatums creation, that is literally an enlarged head with a robotic body. Flag Smasher is awesome by the way

I'm hoping the next movie is called Captain America and The Falcon where Bucky has taken over for an absent Steve Rogers and works with Sam on getting more in tune with the world.

Sebastián Stan and Anthony Mackie have good chemistry off screen, I want to see them in a movie together.

As for the villain, maybe it'll be revealed that Red Skull is still alive and trying to get back a human body.

Later down there line Chris Evans can make a cameo in a few of the sequels and be possessed as red skull and they bring him back.

@gca: I don’t know why I forgot about Nuke but you’re right he’d be a great villain. But with the way the MCU only uses villains once, would they use him after he’s already been in Jessica Jones? I hope so

hes already fought hydra and nazi's in both his solo movies. Now you want him to fight another organization.

Well I would want a practical effects head, but some CGI would have to be involved...

I would prefer the serpent society or Madame Viper and the rise of Hydra to be the 4th installment. Serpent Society would be an especially cool one

Probably the Serpent Society, who were originally supposed to be the villain of Captain America 3, until they decided to base the movie on Civil War.

Yes I see the flaw in my statement but at least its not another organization of fodder for cap to beat up. Its an organization that was built up. The Serpent Society is a cool gang of snake guys who if done right could look amazing and not be fodder at the same time

Cap himself, or for half the movie at least. I want to see Cap kicking everybody ass. John, Nuke, Anti-Cap and Protocide can work for him but get their ass handed to them all at the same time by Cap when he has returned to being a good guy, they must show impressive feats however
