MCU Black Bolt was sort of a tyrannical dictator, so as long as he could save his own skin I'm pretty sure he'd do anything.

I feel the answer is Reed. With the Infinity Stones Saga now over, I think the next major over-lapping story-arch should be the Reed/Doom relationship that eventually leads to this story.

MCU is missing a lot of things. But 'relatable quip drones' and high productional value is everything these days.

Edit: actually, I'd really love to see Namor introduced as an antagonist for Black Panther close to how Black Manta is the adversary to Aquaman. (is there even supposed to be a sea near Wakanda?) And also would love to see a Eurasian actor take the role.
