If high-tier Naruto characters are mutants, would they be considered omegas?

So, if high-tier Naruto characters like Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Kaguya, Hashirama, Obito, Kakashi, Indra, Ashura, Hamura, Hagoromo, Toneri, etc. are mutants, would they be applicable to be considered as omegas?

Abilities usually demonstrated by omegas: immortality, reality warping, highly destructive energy projection, extreme manipulation of matter, energy, time & space, high psionic ability w/strong telepathy & telekinesis & the potential to exist beyond the boundaries of the known physical universe

Omega examples, btw: Jean Grey, Iceman, Proteus, Elixir, Legion, Vulcan, Franklin Richards, Nate Grey, Hope Summers, Exodus, Quentin Quire, Mister M, Stryfe & Psylocke
