Hypersonic refers to an entire range of speed.

If you mean just hypersonic, which is Mach 5, that's about 6174km/h. Earth's circumference is 40,075km, which means they'll take roughly 6.5 hours.

Hypersonic is between mach 5 and 10, or 1715 m/s and 3430 m/s.

Assuming the person can fly, and he's racing at the Ecuator, which is 40000 km long, the results would be:

For mach 5: 6 hours and 28 minutes

For mach 10: 3 hours and 14 minutes

So between 3 hours and 6 hours and 1/2, depending how much into hypersonic that person is.
