I need help finding a good comic series!

Yeah...so I'm fairly new to comics (with the exception of a few Punisher comics here and there) as well as the site, but I'm trying to find a good comic series. More specifically, I'm looking for something that has a surrealist vibe...sort of like David Lynch's "Eraserhead." Something that is really unique and odd, while still maintaining quality. So if anybody can help me out than I would be very thankful.

If you want to go into back issues, The Demon (DC) was an awesome series, and the back issues are very affordable

I don't know about eraserhead, but I'd suggest BPRD or Hellboy.  Fell (if it still exists).

Agreed.I always wanted to pick Hawksmoor up myself.Never got the chance.From the scans i've seen though his comics look good.GR and Venom are pretty good."
