Even though Mysterio does not have time stone, he can still create illusions, he could probably have his drones make earth invisible to Dormamamu that he would just leave, or he could have his drones create an illusion of someone even bigger like the Living Tribunal where Dormammu would just cower in fear. In the worst case, Dormammu sees through the illusion (which he won’t without Peter tingle) in which Mysterio can use his sonic cannons and machine gun. Given that Dormammu is a glass cannon, he probably gets foderized by the fire, or gets too annoyed by the sonic sounds that he just surrenders. Either way Mysterio wins this low diff.
Likely dies from lack of atmosphere, which Strange could 'magic' around. So he dies after about 2 minutes from entering the Dark Dimension, long before he confronts Dormammu.
