How strong would a character be like if has feats of causally tanking everything from militaries?

So what happens if there was a anti-villain was able to tank every single bullet,missiles,nuke bombs and anything else was used by the world's militaries from real life like it was nothing at all and he/she/it absorbed all radiation/heat/metals for more power?

How would any human felt about his/her/it's insane power?

There already is,he is called deathstroke and with his ikon suit he is capable of doing what you said.I don't think he feels very happy about everything though.

At the bare minimum the person would need absorbing powers OR durability that's at least mountain level to keep tanking nukes.
