How strong is DCEU Aquaman and Cyborg ?

How strong are these two heroes. Wonder Woman is probably Country level scaling from Doomsday so what would that make The Man Of The Sea and Cyborg ?

She killed Ares who was Island to Country level. Also harming Doomsday who was stronger than Superman.

-Zeus creates the Amazon island on deathbed (Island Level)

- Wonder Woman Kills Ares who is slightly below Zeus (Thus At Least Island Level scaling)

-Superman shifts Tetonic Plate to stop a earthquake (Thus Country Level rating and scaling)

-Doomsday is equal to Superman and becomese stronger than him (This Country Level+)

-Wonder Woman can harm Doomsday and somewhat keep up with Supes (Proving she is Country level even farther + Ares defeat feat)

Well, to answer your question, I guess I'll go with cyborg as neighborhood level and aquaman as bathtub level, but like a big bath tub that's filled to the absolute brim.

Honestly I don't really know how to place it on a physical location scale, kinda hard for me when their potential was barely touched on.

I would place Cyborg and Aquaman a little under Thor; maybe around 2008 Hulk level or strength.

Like I said Superman moved a tectonic plate. By calculations that is Country level.

And to further back up my statement in the WW movie Zeus created a Island on his deathbed meaning Full Power Zeus would be Island to Country level. Ares competed with Zeus and lived so isn't he on a similar level with Zeus ? WW beat Ares so she should be higher on the list than Ares.
