Strong enough.

Daisy's barely peak human at this point, even ignoring the Centipede Serum. I don't think I've seen anyone else un-powered in the MCU capable of replicating this.

Well, most heavy duty hinges can support a door weighing up to at least600 lbs (lol no I don't know this off the top of my head, I had to look it up). So she'd have to exert enough force from the kick to not only propel the guy that hard (I know the formula for force, but I don't know how to calculate that...we have some bad ass math people on the Vine though) and then enough left over to break the door off the hinges.

Btw, I know this is science fiction but in real life she'd either have crushed the guy's torso with the kick or gotten her foot stuck in him most likely kicking him that hard.

It was never stated or even implied, to me at least, that terrigenesis gave the Inhumans a stat boost, so she's probably just that strong.

Is the door actually broken off or just knocked open? Kicking someone that far is not anything a real life person could not do, it depends what is actually happening to the door
