How really is durable MCU Thor ?

Can take Hulk punches ( capable of stoping charging leviathan ), resist old Neutron Star heat through 2 minutes, survive (despite being faint) 2 km radius rock mass explosion and more

BUT. Doctor Strange with damaged hands pulls his hairs ( not showing any feats to cast specific spells to being able to pull hair off ), avoids bullets as best as he can, can be paralyzed by normal neat ( not frying even disc ) which captures even peak human lvl creatures without killing.
