He'd have to be multiversal if he is to fight Anti Monitor. Though its possible he might not even take on Anti Monitor 1v1 and just act as a catalyst.

Stronger than Worthy Cap and that is everything to me.

Monitor is at very least casually infinite 4d or 2-A in power tier now. Spectre on 100% could solo Mobius but still inferior even with help of 7 paragons. Powerful, but not enough to be equal to Anti-Monitor

@olubummo: @byondeon: Going by implied power, CW Lucifer is at or above Anti Monitor's level. He was unaffected by Crisis.

But seriously probably powerful enough to solo entire universes like the MCU, DCEU etc in my opinion. Also that last picture with Green Arrow with glowing green eyes is pretty sick.
